Privacy
Privacy
Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no trackers. Only a message you send through the contact form leaves your browser.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts, images and pages are all served from this domain, so reading The Sweet Spot sends no request to any other company. Only submitting the contact form does, as described below.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, the name, email address, topic and message you enter go through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to the editors’ inbox. We use them only to answer you and to handle corrections. Web3Forms’ own privacy terms apply to its handling of your message.
The payback calculator
The payback calculator works entirely in your browser. The figures you type are not sent anywhere, saved or logged; they are gone when you leave the page.
Server logs
Like any website, the company that hosts The Sweet Spot may keep standard request logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use these logs to identify readers.
Newsletter
There is no newsletter yet, so there is nothing to sign up for. To follow new articles, use the RSS feed.
Changes to this notice
If we ever add analytics or any other data collection, we will update this notice before it goes live and change the date below. Questions about this notice: use the contact form.
